You Excel at What You Do.
Your Next Level of Growth Is About How You Lead.
You sit in meetings listening, contributing, and making the tough decisions — doing what you do well.
People see you as capable, composed, and engaged.
But internally you’re carrying far more than anyone sees. The responsibility and the full weight of it comes with a certain pressure you try to keep under control. You are thinking three steps ahead, tracking risks, keeping up with competing priorities, and holding the emotional temperature of how decisions will impact people, relationships, and outcomes.
There is a quiet exhaustion that comes from always being the one others rely upon. Not because you don’t like responsibility. But because there are fewer places where you can put it down.
And there is a sense of standing at a threshold.
Something feels increasingly misaligned.
Because you are outgrowing something.
The way you’ve learned to lead through responsibility, pressure, and control slowly becomes the way you relate to life itself.
More effortful. More managed. Less alive.
Not because you lack potential. Because you haven’t yet stopped long enough to outgrow the structure that brought you here.
The greatest cost is losing access to the freedom, clarity, and authority that the next stage of your leadership is asking of you.
The way you’ve learned to lead — through responsibility, pressure, and control — slowly becomes the way you relate to life itself. More effortful. More managed. Less alive. Not because you lack potential. Because you haven’t yet stopped long enough to outgrow the structure that brought you here.
The greatest cost is not professional. It is losing access to the freedom, clarity, and authority that the next stage of your leadership is asking of you.
This Is Where the Work Begins
Rather than addressing symptoms, this work develops the transformational capacities required to navigate increasing complexity, uncertainty, and responsibility.
As these capacities strengthen, leaders make clearer decisions, navigate conflict more effectively, communicate with greater influence, build stronger relationships, and lead with greater confidence under pressure.
You become less reactive, less dependent on external validation, and better able to hold complexity without losing yourself in the process.
Professionals and executives stepping into greater visibility, authority, influence, or scale.
Navigating change, reinvention, burnout, increased pressure, or a significant shift in identity, role, or responsibility.
Executive Presence
As leadership demands increase, what's required is not more effort or more skill. It is the capacity to remain anchored in your own judgment while navigating uncertainty, competing demands, and difficult conversations.
That capacity is developable. And it reshapes how you lead, decide, and show up in every room you walk into.
“Roxy has a remarkable gift. She is gently curious, incredibly wise, and absolutely committed to the act of helping.” Simply put, the time I spent with Roxanna changed me in a profound and positive way.”

The Developmental Arc of Leadership
Leadership Development™ Method
Leadership is not solved through strategy alone. It requires restructuring internal safety, identity, and leadership capacity.
Identity
Recognize the beliefs, adaptations, assumptions, and relational patterns that have shaped how you lead, perform, make decisions, and relate to responsibility.
Develop greater awareness of the internal structures influencing your leadership, relationships, and sense of self.
Differentiation
Separate from inherited expectations, unconscious roles, emotional responsibilities, and ways of operating that no longer serve your growth.
Strengthen your ability to think independently, maintain clarity under pressure, and remain connected to yourself while navigating the demands and expectations of others.
Authority
Develop the internal capacity to lead from a grounded center rather than fear, adaptation, or external validation.
Executive presence emerges as a natural expression of internal authority. Cultivate greater discernment, emotional & relational intelligence to lead with confidence, clarity, and steadiness.
This Work Is Not For you if…
You if you’re looking for a quick fix, surface-level motivation, or you don’t want to face the truth of your life. It’s not for people unwilling to pause, self-reflect, or take responsibility for their growth. My work goes deep—and therefor powerful and transformational. It’s for those ready to step out of survival mode and reclaim their power, not for those seeking shortcuts.

Roxanna Draddy - Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
For more than a decade I have worked with leaders, executives, attorneys, academics, and high-performing professionals at the intersection of leadership development, identity, psychology, and human potential.
My experience has shown me that the greatest obstacles to growth are rarely external. They are the internal structures shaping how you relate to pressure, authority, uncertainty, and change. That is the level where I work.
My approach integrates evidence-based coaching, adult development theory, nervous system awareness, enneagram, trauma-informed practice, brainspotting, Master NLP, and more than twenty years of dedicated personal and professional study in human development — applied with precision, not formula.
Having lived and worked across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, I bring a cross-cultural depth to my understanding of identity, authority, and what it means to lead under real pressure.
I work with a limited number of clients each year in a highly personalized and confidential relationship.
