You Feel Misaligned or Overwhelmed by Change

You built a life that works. From the outside, it looks steady and together.

But something has shifted.

You may be navigating a transition in your career. A relationship may have ended. Or you may have experienced a loss that changed you.

What used to work for you isn’t working in the same way anymore.

The roles might feel heavier. You feel mentally and emotionally stretched thin.

And you don’t feel like yourself.

You feel alone, disoriented, and restless.

Questioning your decisions and your direction.
Doubting your value in your career or your relationships.

You are in the midst of transition.

I help women identify and restructure the unconscious patterns shaping their leadership, relationships, and inner authority.

Ignoring it doesn’t make it go away..

When these patterns go unexamined, they do not disappear.

They shape how you relate, what you tolerate, and how much you accommodate to maintain stability.

At some point, the cost of staying the same becomes clear.

And something in you knows it’s time to move forward.

Not by forcing yourself to be different.
Not by fixing yourself.

But by coming back into alignment with who you truly are.

By rebuilding internal safety.

By restoring clarity in your choices.
And learning to trust yourself again.

It is the beginning of who you are becoming.

This is your evolution.

A Different Approach

The Private Transition Immersion

Transition is not solved through strategy alone. It requires restructuring internal safety, identity, and leadership capacity.

Worthy

Stabilizing identity during destabilization. Building internal authority that does not collapse under external pressure.

Whole

Integration of fragmented parts. Reclaiming emotional truth, relational intelligence, and embodied presence.

Abundant

Expanding capacity to receive new life. Moving from survival to sustainable success rooted in truth.

Something has to change.

Because when these patterns go unaddressed, they don’t simply fade. They shape how you relate,  what you tolerate, and  how much of yourself you give away.

There is a way forward.

Not by fixing yourself. But by learning how to lead your life from within again.  By reclaim your sense of freedom in how you live, choose, and relate.

Who This Is For

I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Roxy at a pivotal point in my life and career. With Roxy's approach to coaching, I felt heard, understood and our work gave me the confidence and clarity to see the many options I had in front of me to grow my career. She helped me define what success means to me and see how that definition has shifted over my life.

Katie Manson

I’ve worked with many coaches and therapists, but none as connected or committed as Roxy. She helped me respect myself and stop accepting people who didn’t have my best interests at heart—always with empathy and without judgment. One of the most intelligent and compassionate people I’ve ever met.

About Roxy
I specialize in identity and leadership development for women navigating change, expansion and higher levels of responsibility.

My work integrates psychologicald depth, nervous system regulation, relational intelligence, and system work. Having navigated cultural, relational and identity transitions across countries, languages, and professional environments, I understand the complexity of rebuilding internal security and authority while moving through external change.

I understand what it means to navigate environments that do not mirror your voice, values, or way of thinking. That experience informs the depth and precision I bring to this work. My coaching integrates mindfulness, developmental psychology, family systems theory, and relational intelligence.

I help women recognize the patterns they adapted to belong, succeed, or stay safe in both leadership and relationships. Then we build the internal authority required to evolve beyond them.

This is structured, strategic identity work that allows you to lead and live from a place that is coherent, grounded, and fully your own.

Why this changes your life

This is experiential work.

It works because we address the root: your nervous system, your identity structure, and your decision-making patterns. Not just your mindset.

You’re entering a guided transformation with someone who understands destabilization, reinvention, and embodied leadership from lived experience.

    FAQ

    1. What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to support clarity, self-trust, and intentional change. While we may explore past experiences or emotional patterns, coaching is not focused on diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or clinical intervention.

    2. Is this coaching done online?

Yes. All 1:1 coaching sessions are currently offered online.

This allows me to work with clients worldwide while providing a consistent, focused, and confidential space for our work together. Online sessions offer flexibility while maintaining depth, presence, and continuity.

Coaching helps when you’re ready to move from awareness to action.

From inner growth into outer change.
